Medical staff are invited to join Dr. Ben Williams, Vice President Medicine, Quality and Research & Chief Medical Officer and Dr. Michelle Weizel, Associate Vice President Medicine & Deputy Chief Medical Officer, and guest speakers for the Medical Staff Forum on 28 May from 7:30am-8:30am on MS Teams.
Education Opportunity: Communicating Unexpected Outcomes (CUO) course
We invite clinicians and leaders to sign up for the CUO online course (via Zoom, 4-hours total). Designed to improve communication skills and increase transparency of conversations with patients after unexpected clinical outcomes occur, including those resulting from errors in care.
