The Medical Leader Onboarding Manual supports new and current Medical Leaders at Island Health by outlining education and leadership requirements, organizational structures, Medical and Academic Affairs programs, and key leadership resources.
It includes links to internal and external resources to help Medical Leaders access relevant people, programs, and departments.
