Microsoft Exchange Online: Continuing the Migration
Over the past 2 months, Exchange Online migrations have been taking place for Island Health users. The M365 Project Team has successfully completed the migration for two pilot groups that are now working in Exchange Online. The M365 Project Team plans to scale up the migrations starting mid-January 2025.

New Injectable Opioid Agonist Treatment (iOAT)
iOAT is an evidence-based treatment option for individuals diagnosed with moderate to severe OUD who inject opioids. The iOAT order set is designed to provide up-to-date ordering and practice guidance for the continuation of community initiated iOAT during acute care admissions.
