New Referral Forms Available for Geriatric Specialty Services and Community Health Services
There are now two separate referral forms for Geriatric Specialty Services (GSS) and Community Health Services (CHS).

The Division Head, Multidisciplinary & Interventional Pain provides speciality specific leadership within their department, informing practice standards and workforce planning. This leadership role also supports medical staff governance and clinical quality, consistent with Medical Staff Bylaws and Rules, and with Island Health’s quality structure.
