This onboarding checklist is designed to support contracted physicians and nurse practitioners in becoming practice-ready at Island Health owned and operated primary care sites. These activities should be completed before your first day in the clinic. Use this checklist if you are already practicing in BC. If you are new to BC or to primary care practice you need to complete the Pre-Boarding activities as well.
