CDH Medical staff invited to complete IHealth survey on readiness for change

IHealth is preparing for the full activation of electronic clinical documentation at Cowichan District Hospital on September 26, 2022. As part of their readiness assessment processes, they would ask CDH medical staff to complete this 90-day pre go-live survey which will help inform the activities and steps they take prior to go-live. Another survey will be circulated the week of August 22, 2022 as a final check-in.
