Cutover process begins days before Go-Live, with May 25 for Victoria General Hospital, Gorge Road Health Centre, and South Island Surgical Centre, and June 8 for Royal Jubilee Hospital.

Scheduled OUTAGE ADVANCE Notification (May 10-11, 2024). There will be enhancements to laboratory orders and workflows. As a result, the Department Order Entry (DOE) functionality will not be available during this time. Lab results will not be visible in PowerChart and FirstNet during the downtime. They will be reported out on paper.
