Required Activities:
The first step to building a strong Action Series Team that can work towards improving the call experience is to identify your common ground and to figure out the logistics of doing the Action Series together. The Team Worksheet will guide you through four steps that cover the basics.
For change to be successful and spreadable, you need to start by developing awareness with your broader team. Share what you are doing early and often. The monthly Team Activity Update will help you do that!
