The Clinical Service Contract Negotiation Team is responsible for the development, implementation, and ongoing management of clinical service contracts in the following provincially identified priority areas: Emergency Medicine, Hospitalist Medicine, Anesthesia, and Laboratory Medicine. The Team's work is closely aligned to the work of the Medical Staff Contract Management and Medical Staff Compensation Teams, and involves regular engagement with our Medical Staff Partners, Island Health Medical and Operational Leadership, and the Ministry of Health.
