The Section Head, Therapeutic Endoscopy is a subspecialty subject matter expert who advises the Division Head on section matters to ensure high-quality, efficient, and sustainable medical staff service models across Island Health consistent with Medical Staff By-laws and Rules, and with Island Health’s quality structure.
Reporting to the Division Head, Gastroenterology, and working closely with managers in their area, this role supports the oversight of local quality improvement initiatives and supports workforce planning and continuing professional development.
