Family physician in multi-disciplinary group clinic, who can start out providing overflow care to existing clinic patients and then develop their own panel, or can start building their own panel immediately if they so choose. Clinic has a LPN, SW, pediatrician and visiting clinical pharmacist. There is lab and pharmacy on the premises.

If interested, hospital inpatient rounding, maternity care, surgical assist, LTC, and non-acute ER care is available. This is not a requirement. The clinic structure has incorporated compassionate leadership elements to support high quality clinical care for patients and joy in work for providers.

Hours of Work:

• Clinic hours Mon-Fri 9-5 (closed 12-1pm)

Remuneration:

• LFP and FFS contracts can be accommodated

Overhead:

• If LFP/FFS 25%

Benefits:

May be eligible for additional remuneration in accordance with the Rural Subsidiary Agreement (RSA) including:

• Recruitment Incentive: $10,000 (pro-rated for full-time)
• Relocation Costs Reimbursement: up to $15,000 (amount based on location relocating from)
• Fee Premium: 4.20%
• Annual Flat Fee: $6,508.80
• Rural CME: starting at $2,200/annum in year 3 & 4 to a maximum of $4,400.00/annum after 4 years.
