Full-time Family Practice opportunity available in this well established office within the very desirable community of Shawnigan Lake.  The practice has five family physicians and locum support is readily available. The patient panel includes a wide variety of ages requiring family practice care and the physicians are supported by great staff in a relaxed and collegial environment. Treatment room for hands-on procedures.  (A consultant Pediatrician is in the office weekly.)

The office has EMR and runs Med Access.  A Med Access license will be required. Hospital work not required and is optional.

May be eligible for additional remuneration in accordance with the Rural Subsidiary Agreement (RSA), including (subject to change):

• Recruitment Incentive: of $10,000 (pro-rated based on FTE)
• Relocation: up to a maximum of $15,000 (amount based on location relocating from)
• Flat fee: $6373.80
• Fee Premium: 4.02%
• CME:  $2,200/annum year 3-4 and $4,400/annum after 4 years in the community.

This recently renovated medical practice, located approximately 35 minutes north of Victoria, is situated just steps away from Shawnigan Lake; a very scenic growing community that is part of the South Cowichan Valley.
