Making, receiving and responding to calls about patient care can be stressful and complicated. The Good Call Action Series was created locally by Physicians, Nurses, Clerks, Allied Health and other Support Staff as an opportunity for teams to test their ideas to improve their call experience.
The Action Series teaches you tools and techniques you can use right away and apply to other problems in the future. Each area has unique challenges and the best people to identify opportunities for improvement are the ones who are doing the work.

Want to join but aren't sure about building a team? We recommend asking two friends you work with to try it with you! Ideally, ask at least one person in a different role who is also involved in making, receiving or responding to calls about patient care (e.g. Nurse, Physician, Unit Clerk, Allied Health staff).
