The two new Nurse Practitioners will cover the panel for physicians who are retiring and will be the most responsible primary care providers for a minimum complex patient panel as described in the NP Primary Care Service Contract Template.

Ingram Family Physicians Clinic is comprised of a group of General Practitioners trained to take care of a wide variety of medical conditions. They provide comprehensive and continuous care to our patients by providing a wide variety of services in a comfortable environment, while securely storing valuable patient medical records.
