Island Health and your colleagues are requesting your support with upcoming emergency department, inpatient care, and general internal medicine shift coverage across Vancouver Island sites. IF available, eligible travel support includes:
- Travel time honorarium (within BC):
- $250 - 2.5 hrs or less return trip
- $500 -2.5 hrs up to 4 hours return trip
- $1000 - 4 hrs to 10 hours return trip
- $1500 - greater than 10 hours
- Paid mileage from your location to the site at $0.73 km
- Meal allowance (while traveling)
- Accommodation
