The Port McNeill Medical Collaborative has an opportunity for you to participate in the clinic. Full-time, part-time or practice share opportunities exist.
The Port McNeill and District Hospital, a 10-bed acute care facility, provides emergency, hospice and palliative care, diagnostic imaging/radiology, laboratory services, mental health and low-risk obstetrical services.
There is a requirement to provide on-call ER coverage at Port McNeill & District Hospital, on average 6-8 24 hour on-call shifts per month. Experience in rural family medicine and a willingness to work in an interdisciplinary team-based, collaborative practice is an asset

•Recruitment Incentive: $20,000 (full-time)
•Relocation Costs Reimbursement: up to $15,000
•Fee Premium: 22.82%
•Annual Flat Fee: $35,496.48
•Rural CME: starting at $1,320/annum up to 2 years, increasing to $3,520/annum in year 3 & 4 in community, and $5,720/annum after 4 years.
Rural GP Locum Program provides $900/day to locum physician with 43 days/annum locum coverage to resident physician.
