Therapies for mild-moderate COVID-19 have been revised
Therapies for mild-moderate COVID-19 have been revised. There is a new Island Health one-page resource document guide prescribing COVID-19 therapies. Outdated documents have been removed. Target audience: All Island Health Physicians. Impact on medical staff: Ongoing adjustment of practice around the evolving treatment of COVID-19 patients.
Updated: PPE guidance during the COVID-19 Pandemic
PPE Guidelines has been updated to indicate staff are to do a Point of Care Risk Assessment (PCRA) to determine the need for wearing eye protection with a patient who isn’t already on precautions.
