Two LTC Homes in Saanich Peninsula Transition to Island Health
Starting February 1, Island Health will assume operation of Brentwood House and Sluggett House long-term care homes on the Saanich Peninsula.

It is also a time to reflect on Canada's painful history and the distinct challenges that Black healthcare workers in Canada continue to face in their daily lives, such as systemic barriers, racism and discrimination.
VI 4x4 Club Offering Rides for Health-Care Employees
Winter is here – and the Vancouver Island Toyota 4 x 4 Club has once again offered to help health-care employees who need rides in the snow. These amazing people have helped Island Health employees the past few years, providing dozens of rides to and from work, at locations from Port Hardy to Victoria.

2024 South Island MSA Award for Collaborative Leadership
