Apply for Cohort 9 of the Physician Quality Improvement Training Program Today

Physician Quality Improvement (PQI) is an education program for Medical Staff who want to enhance their QI capacity, build connections with colleagues, and create a continuous improvement culture to transform our local health systemApplications to join Cohort 9 must be submitted online by March 15 at 4:00pm.
 
Cohort training highlights:

  • Starts in September 2024, with graduation in October 2025
     
  • Open to all community and facility-based Medical Staff, including Specialists, Family Physicians, Midwives and Nurse Practitioners
     
  • CME accreditation and scholarships of approx. $27,000 (158 hours at JCC-rate) for physicians
     
  • Engaging virtual and in-person workshops led by an expert faculty team of physicians and PQI staff
     
  • Opportunity to practice the QI methodology by leading a Learning Project with a team to address a gap in care in your area, supported by experienced physician mentors, staff coordinators, graphic designers, and data analysts
     
  • Ability to apply as a group to co-lead a project with a physician, midwife, or NP on your team, or another team that is impacted by the gap in care you'd like to address
