Benefits
May be eligible for additional remuneration in accordance with the Rural Subsidy agreement including:
• Fee Premium - 4.62%
• Annual Flat Fee - $7,159.68
• Recruitment Incentive - $10,000 (pro-rated for FTE amount)
• Relocation Costs - up to a maximum of $15,000 (Depending on location moving from)
• CME - $2,200/annum year 3-4 and $4,400/annum after 4 years in the community

Parksville is located on the traditional and unceded territory of the Coast Salish Nations, specifically the home of the Snaw-Naw-As First Nation and the Qualicum First Nation.
