Colwood Family Practice is looking for two Family Physician Locums to join our established, supportive five-physician family practice in Colwood, BC.

Currently recruiting for

• Maternity Leave Locum – beginning March 2027
• Ongoing Locum Coverage – supporting an existing physician transitioning to part-time practice

We would love to welcome physicians who are looking for more than a short-term locum. Your time with Colwood Family Practice will be supported by the South Island Primary Care Society (SIPCS), and there may be opportunities to become a permanent part of our growing primary care team.

• Three Medical Office Assistants
• Dedicated Clinic Coordinator
• Dedicated Clinic Manager
• Operational and recruitment support through South Island Primary Care Society
• Clinic hours of 8:00 AM–4:00 PM, with flexibility to structure hours around the workflow that works best for you
• Opportunities for both short- and longer-term locum coverage
• Potential opportunities to transition into a permanent position within our clinic network
