Join Avalon Health Clinic as a Pediatric Endocrinologist and help build a modern outpatient pediatric endocrine and metabolic health practice in a newly built, turnkey medical facility in Saanich, Greater Victoria, British Columbia, Canada. Designed from the ground up with physicians in mind, Avalon combines advanced technology, a fully integrated electronic medical record, centralized billing, dedicated administrative and MOA support, flexible scheduling, and thoughtfully designed clinical space to create an efficient, patient- and family-focused practice environment. Our focus is on reducing administrative burden so physicians can spend more time providing thoughtful consultative and longitudinal care for children, adolescents, and families navigating endocrine and metabolic health concerns.
Avalon is being developed as an integrated centre where specialists work alongside family physicians, pediatric providers, nurse practitioners, counsellors, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, rehabilitation clinicians, and allied health professionals within coordinated clinical pathways. Pediatric Endocrinologists benefit from timely referral relationships, one connected chart and care plan, interdisciplinary case discussions, integrated allied health and rehabilitation supports, and centralized operational infrastructure. This team model supports coordinated assessment, patient and family education, chronic disease management, and long-term follow-up for diabetes, thyroid disorders, growth concerns, pubertal development, hormonal conditions, bone health concerns, metabolic challenges, and complex chronic disease presentations. This position is based exclusively in our outpatient clinic and is not affiliated with the Health Authority. As such, hospital privileges are not included with this role.
