Join Avalon Health Clinic as an Endocrinologist and help build a modern outpatient endocrine and metabolic health practice in a newly built, turnkey medical facility in Saanich, Greater Victoria, British Columbia, Canada. Designed from the ground up with physicians in mind, Avalon combines advanced technology, a fully integrated electronic medical record, centralized billing, dedicated administrative and MOA support, flexible scheduling, and thoughtfully designed clinical space to create an efficient, patient-focused practice environment. Our focus is on reducing administrative burden so physicians can spend more time providing thoughtful consultative and longitudinal care for patients with diabetes, thyroid disorders, osteoporosis, hormonal health concerns, metabolic conditions, and complex chronic disease.

Avalon is being developed as an integrated centre where specialists work alongside family physicians, nurse practitioners, rehabilitation clinicians, counsellors, and allied health professionals within coordinated clinical pathways. Endocrinologists benefit from timely referral relationships, one connected chart and care plan, interdisciplinary case discussions, integrated allied health and rehabilitation supports, and centralized operational infrastructure. This team model supports whole-person care, patient education, prevention, chronic disease management, and coordination for patients whose endocrine and metabolic health intersects with women's health, recovery pathways, rehabilitation, and complex medical needs. This position is based exclusively in our outpatient clinic and is not affiliated with the Health Authority. As such, hospital privileges are not included with this role.
