Dermatologist - Avalon Health Clinic - (100-2781)

Join Avalon Health Clinic as a Dermatologist and help shape a modern outpatient specialty practice in Saanich, Greater Victoria, BC. Avalon is a newly built, turnkey medical facility designed around connected, patient-centred care, with advanced technology, a fully integrated EMR, centralized billing, dedicated administrative/MOA support, and a collaborative multidisciplinary team. Our goal is to reduce administrative burden and create efficient workflows so physicians can spend more time delivering thoughtful, high-quality dermatology care.

You will provide consultative and longitudinal dermatology services for children, adolescents, and adults, including assessment and management of a broad range of medical dermatology conditions and office-based procedures such as biopsies, lesion removal, cryotherapy, and other minor procedures within your scope. Working alongside family physicians, nurse practitioners, rehabilitation clinicians, and allied health professionals, you will support timely assessment, coordinated care planning, and a patient experience that feels connected, respectful, and easier to navigate. As a founding specialist, you will have the opportunity to help shape dermatology workflows and build a practice that reflects your clinical interests while maintaining autonomy and flexible scheduling. This position is based exclusively in our outpatient clinic and is not affiliated with the Health Authority. As such, hospital privileges are not included with this role.
