This is a flexible, full-time opportunity in a busy four-physician group practice in Oak Bay with an attached walk-in clinic. The clinic is spacious and has excellent colleagues and support staff, and is well managed with reasonable overhead costs.

• Hours: Flexible
• Compensation: Fee-For-Service, Longitudinal Family Physician payment mode, or New-to-practice contract
• Optional: hospital privileges, nursing home/extended care, house calls
• Average daily patient volume: 25-30
• Estimated overhead per FP: $8,000/month
• Allied Health Supports: Victoria Primary Care Network access to a Social Worker, Mental Health Counsellor, and Clinical Pharmacists
• Technology: Clinic fully networked for seamless wireless connectivity. Networked printers in each room.
