This is a turnkey opportunity to lead your own independent practice while benefiting from the infrastructure of a vibrant medical hub. You will operate your own clinic within a professional building shared by three other independent family physicians, fostering a collegial atmosphere.
The building features an on-site LifeLabs and an after-hours clinic, providing maximum convenience for your patients. The retiring physician is looking for a successor to take over in 2027, allowing ample time for a smooth introduction to the panel and the community.
Beyond the clinic, you have the flexibility to apply to pursue acute Care at West Coast General Hospital. Addictions Medicine, Palliative Care, or Long-Term Care.

Start Date: 2027

Overhead: $5500/month

Benefits: May be eligible for additional remuneration in accordance with the Rural Subsidy agreement including:

• Fee Premium - 7.98%
• Annual Flat Fee - $12,366.72
• Recruitment Incentive - $10,000 (pro-rated for FTE amount)
• Relocation Costs - up to a maximum of $15,000 (Depending on location moving from)
• CME - $2,200/annum year 3-4 and $4,400/annum after 4 years in the community
