• Five clinic rooms, that are up to four times larger than standard rooms.
• Take the stairs down to the sandy beach that is out in front of the medical office, for lunch or for an exercise break.

• Private office rooms for reviewing labs or doing private telemedicine calls.
• Pleasant patient population, all-ages. In-person appointments and some phone telemedicine. Closed practice, with no walk-in component. All patients have up-to-date continuous patient profiles, and proper followup with their regular family doctor at the end of the locum period.
• Experienced team of 2 and a half full-time equivalent medical office assistants (MOAs) for three full-time equivalent family doctors. This small ratio of MOAs to doctors helps the day flow well.
