The Practice Lead, Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Team is a subspecialty subject matter expert who oversees the specialty skills required of a specific service or area of practice to ensure high-quality, efficient, and sustainable medical practice across Island Health.
The Practice Lead supports the responsible Department Head, Psychiatry, to ensure members have adequate credentials and currency for their specialty.
