Join our collegial group of 5 physicians at Courtenay Medical Clinic, located in downtown Courtenay, in a beautiful renovated (interior and exterior) physician-owned building. The clinic is within walking distance of the nursing center, public health, mental health, labs, physio, massage, pharmacies, banks, and restaurants. This busy clinic was first established 30 years ago.

We have excellent support staff of MOAs, a business manager, and one nurse. Each physician has their own physical office and adjacent exam room. Physicians can delegate or do their own billing, typing, dictate with dictaphone, or Dragon Speech.

May be eligible for additional remuneration in accordance with the Rural Subsidiary Agreement (RSA) including:

Recruitment Incentive: $10,000 (full-time)
Relocation Costs Reimbursement: up to $15,000 (amount based on location relocating from)
Fee Premium: 6.93%
Annual Flat Fee: $10,739.52
Rural CME: starting at $2,200.00/annum in year 3 & 4 to a maximum of $4,400.00/annum after 4 years.
