Eligible applicants hold Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada certification in Anesthesiology and are eligible for full licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of B.C. 

We are a growing academic department providing services integrated across two tertiary hospital sites in Victoria. Affiliated with the University of British Columbia, and the Island Medical Program.  Eligible applicants hold Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada certification in Anesthesiology and are eligible for full licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of B.C. 

Cardiac Anesthesia locum is also an option.

Prior experience in the department as a locum or trainee is desirable for future permanent positions
