We are looking for 6 weeks of holiday cover for a husband and wife who both work part time from July 22, 2024 to August 30, 2024. We would be happy to have a locum to cover all or part of this time.

We both currently have 650 patients each, and by the summer, I would estimate we would probably have 1600 between both of our panels. This job opportunity may interest one person looking to work full time or 2 people looking to work part time. We both are renumerated on the New to Practice Contract which pays an hourly amount with no need to pay overhead, but you can choose to bill under the LFP model instead with a 80:20 split (not including RRP). I am happy to discuss both payment models.

Our office has 10 physicians and we will be using MedAccess EMR. We see general family medicine in the office and there is no expectaion for ER/inpatient/obstetric or long term care coverage. We have a lovely large 4 bedroom house that could be used if needed, without charge.
