Clinical Documentation Registration – Physiatrist

Please register for Clinical Documentation Education by April 16, 2021, registration can occur in one of two ways once a LearningHub Account is created (https://learninghub.phsa.ca/).

How to create a LearningHub account:

1. 1. Open Chrome, Safari or Fire Fox (anything but internet explorer)
   2. Copy https://learninghub.phsa.ca/ and paste into the open browser
   3. Click Create Account and follow attached instructions
1. Registration via the Project Team:
   
   1. Review provided course dates and times and email IHealthClinDocProject@islandhealth.ca with preferences.

Please note:

1. • • If possible provide more than one option
     • Provide the email address used to create the LearningHub account and preferred phone number
   • Once received, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address used to create the LearningHub account. The confirmation email will contain the date, time, Zoom meeting information necessary to connect to the education session and pre-requisite learning requirements.
1. Self Registration:
   
   1. Open Chrome, Safari or Fire Fox (anything but internet explorer)
   2. Copy https://learninghub.phsa.ca/ and paste into the open browser
   3. Enter course ID in Search Courses field: 25137, click Search Courses
   4. Click on Course Title: IHealth Clinical Documentation - Physiatrist
   5. Click View Sessions, scroll for session choices
   6. Click Register Session for the desired session
   7. Once you have registered you will receive a confirmation email that contains the date, time, zoom meeting information necessary to connect to the education session and pre-requisite learning requirements.
