INVITATION: Staff & Medical Staff Town Hall April 17

Join us for our next virtual and in-person Town Hall on Wednesday April 17, from 12-1 PM. ​

The Staff & Medical Staff Town Hall is your opportunity to connect with leaders and hear questions from staff and medical staff at facilities around Island Health. This session's theme will focus on Health Human Resources, including a panel discussion with senior leaders. 

CEO Kathy MacNeil and Communications VP Jamie Braman will be joining other senior and local leaders in Port Alberni at the West Coast General Hospital. Other panelists and attendees will join via Teams. 

In this session you will hear:

  • Updates from the CEO 
  • Panel discussion on Health Human Resources, with:
    • Kris Neilson, Exec. Director of Workforce Strategy & Talent Acquisition
    • Max Jajszczok, Exec. Director of Comox Valley, Campbell River & North Island
    • Tony Nelson, Exec. Director of Indigenous Health, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion
  • Recognition of individuals and teams
  • Answers to your questions

The first half of the meeting will be organizational updates, with the second half attempting to answer as many Slido and local questions as possible.
