Self-Reporting Your Influenza Vaccine

Immunization remains the best way to prevent the transmission and spread of influenza and COVID-19. We thank those who have already made use of immunization clinics, and for those who are still interested, our clinics are open to all staff and medical staff until November 8.

Island Health's Influenza Prevention policy requires employees to declare whether they chose to vaccinate against influenza. We know that healthcare worker vaccination remains an important factor in reducing hospitalization and death in vulnerable populations so we're asking employees to declare their vaccine status this year once again. This data helps inform current and future practices and procedures for healthcare workers at Island Health and across BC.

All employees of Island Health can declare their Flu immunization status by clicking here. There is no need to declare your COVID-19 vaccination status at this time.

If you would like to receive your Flu or COVID-19 vaccine at one of our staff clinics, please click here to find a clinic closest to you.
