The Question to Connect campaign aims to encourage team members to make personal connections, get to know each other better and have a little fun along the way.
We all know what it feels like to be heard, understood and to feel seen. We know what it feels like to be the new team member that no one knows, or feel like just another face on the Teams/Zoom screen. We also know the embrace of a team when they get to know us in a new way and how that connection can make a big difference in how we work and care together.
