In preparation for the launch of the New PSLS System (known as DCIQ), throughout Canadian Patient Safety Week, the Patient Safety Team is pleased to offer support for our PSLS Handlers with in-person PSLS Handler Clinics at VGH, RJH, NRGH, and CVH.
This system will launch early in the new year, and as such we require all outstanding PSLS’s to be closed out within the current system as soon as possible. Please drop-by an in-person handler clinic during CPSW for support in closing out existing PSLS files:
