Go-Live Checklist
It is an exciting time as we approach the Go Live of the Island Health Absence Reporting Systems MARS and Smart Leave on Tuesday, May 17th!
Please ensure to complete the following:
☐ Employees to attend the ALL Staff Townhall sessions. Invitations were sent out for daily sessions May 10-13th
- If unable to attend, videos are available on the MySchedule Intranet Site
☐ Have the new MARS number 1-833-640-1250
- There is a sign you can print off for your unit on MySchedule (islandhealth.ca)
☐ Review the Smart Phone MARS “Add as a Contact" Instructions, on the MySchedule Intranet Site MySchedule (islandhealth.ca)
☐ Directors/ Managers: Please complete the LMS training
- Introduction to MySchedule Absence Reporting System (MARS) and Smart Leave for Managers (Course Code 28410)
☐ Managers: Please update & maintain your request submission email notification rules post go-live
- 'Walk Through of how - Post Launch - Managers can set Email Notification & MARS Transfer Rules' on the MySchedule Site
