The March 2023 MHA Infobits issue introduces a new tool to help Emergency Rooms with the completion of medical certificates and consent for treatment forms.
The Form 4 and Form 5 Quick Guide for Emergency Departments are intended to be laminated quick reference sheets that can be 'at-a-glance' resource for physicians and nursing staff.
This issue also provides a brief update of changes to MHA medical certificate forms, which have been revised by the Ministry of Health.
