Facilities Bargaining Association and Health Employers Association of BC Reach Tentative Agreement

The Health Employers Association of BC (HEABC) has reached a tentative agreement with members of the Facilities Bargaining Association (FBA).  

 

FBA members will now follow a ratification process, where a majority of members will vote to approve or reject the tentative agreement. 

 

The Health Employers’ Association of BC (HEABC) negotiates collective agreements with the bargaining associations on behalf of all provincial health authorities, including Island Health. 

 

The Facilities Bargaining Association represents approximately 11,000 Island Health employees who provide support in hospital, long-term care, and health centre settings.
