The Employee Self Service updated on July 8, 2026, with an improved layout for users, sorting functions and included the availability of Pay Query, Scheduling Query, and Working From Home forms add to the Online My Request Forms.

The Top Menu bar allows access to the following:
- MySchedule (note new access location - the tile was replaced in a menu bar)
- Leader Portal
- VI-Hire
- New - My Performance Navigator (performance enactment tool for non-contract employees) access was added.
New Side Menu bar also displays all tile access to the following areas:
Profile
- Personal Information
- Demographics
- Employee Location
- HSP Job Classification (only displays details for Health Science Professionals)
- LTC Employee Reporting (only displays for Long Term Care employees)
- Flu Reporting (New Location)
ePay
- ePay Home
- Annual Reports
- CTO Report
- Direct Deposit
- Tax Reports
- My Requests - where you can create new requests or view and update previously submitted requests for: Direct Deposit, Overtime Payment, On-Call/Callback Payment, Verification of Employment, and Working From Home.
- We added quick access buttons to Pay Query and Scheduling Query under My Requests (new changes will be coming to these two forms soon, therefore you will not see them in the Open Requests or History Section on the My Request tile).
