Looking to reduce your risk of dementia — or support someone in your life who may be at risk of or experiencing cognitive decline?

Join us on Tuesday, July 7, 2026, from 1 p.m. – 4 p.m. for Defy Dementia on the Road — an engaging in-person and live-streamed event co-hosted by Jay Ingram and Dr. Allison Sekuler, President and Chief Scientist, Baycrest Academy for Research & Education and the Centre for Aging + Brain Health Innovation.

Hear from leading dementia experts Dr. Mariko Sakamoto, Dr. Stuart McDonald and Dr. Alex Henri-Bhargava alongside individuals with lived experience in a dynamic panel discussion, followed by a live Q&A where you can ask your questions directly.

After the 90-minute program, the virtual event concludes and in-person attendees are welcome to stay and explore interactive demo booths featuring practical resources and the latest research and innovations in aging and brain health.
