Staff at Victoria General Hospital, Gorge Road Health Centre sub-acute units and South Island Surgical Centre preparing for the IHealth Go-Live September 14 are encouraged to provide their feedback in the IHealth Readiness Survey.
Complete the IHealth Readiness Survey Now.
Why should I complete this readiness survey?
IHealth readiness surveys give the project team, partners and site leaders a solid representative picture of our overall readiness at important intervals along the way to Go-Live.
“Part of preparing for this change involves engaging with everyone affected, and understanding what is needed to help staff feel ready," says Amy Williams, Director, Clinical Transformation and Adoption. “Information and feedback from this survey helps us assess progress through the learning journey and help to identify any required changes by the IHealth team."
How long will this survey take and when does it close?
The survey will typically take two minutes to complete and will remain open until August 26. Medical staff, nursing and allied health staff, nursing unit assistants and other clinical support staff are all encouraged to participate.
This essential advancement in how we use the electronic health record is one of the biggest quality improvement initiatives ever to come to Island Health.
Thank you, in advance, for taking two minutes to complete the readiness survey.
