Join a positive, team-based, modern Family Practice on Vancouver Island. Whether you are just starting your career, or an experienced Physician looking for a new life in Canada - you will be fully supported whatever your scope. Work alongside an established Family Physician and Registered Nurses caring for a panel of approximately 1600 patients. Opportunities available for additional ER work, maternity, surgical assists, palliative care and medical student teaching (depending on level of experience) but not mandatory. This position includes shared inpatient and long-term care responsibilities, not expected to exceed 10% of weekly working hours.

Benefits

May be eligible for additional remuneration in accordance with the Rural Subsidiary Agreement (RSA), including (subject to change):

Recruitment Incentive: up to a maximum of $10,000 (pro-rated based on FTE)
Relocation: up to a maximum of $15,000 (amount based on location relocating from)
Flat fee: $12,366.72
Fee Premium: 7.98%
CME: $2,200/annum year 3-4 and $4,400/annum after 4 years in the community.
