Join our brand-new walk-in clinic in the heart of downtown Qualicum Beach!

We are currently seeking a physician(s) to expand our walk-in services. This is a high-impact role serving a community with a significant need for primary care access.

The Setting: A bright, modern, and tech-ready space conveniently located next door to a pharmacy.

The Schedule: Flexible daytime hours. We are looking to fill the remaining 3–5 days of the week to complement our current 2-day-a-week coverage. A physician could work 1–3 days/week.

The Practice: Focus purely on patient care. No patient paneling or long-term attachment required.

Benefits

May be eligible for additional remuneration in accordance with the Rural Subsidy Agreement (RSA) including:

Recruitment Incentive- $10,000 (pro-rated on FTE)
Fee Premium- 4.62%.  
Annual Flat Fee- $7,159.68
Rural CME starting at $2,200/annum in years 3&4, then increasing to a maximum of $4,400 after 4 years in the community.
