There is also the option to negotiate a smaller panel. The current physician can facilitate a gradual and smooth transition for patients and the new doctor.

Recruitment Incentive - $10,000

Fee Premium - 7.98%;

Annual Flat Fee - $12,110.22

Rural CME starting at $2200/annum in year 3&4 in community, increasing to a maximum of $4400/annum after 4 years.
