The Vancouver Island Health Authority (Island Health) Division of Medical Imaging in Nanaimo is seeking a General Radiologist with to work fulltime in Nanaimo. Fellowship training is an asset, but not required.
The position includes participation in a full call schedule giving 24 hour services. And participation in resident teaching through the UBC Department of Radiology, and medical student teaching through the UBC Island Medical Program.

The Medical Biochemistry Laboratory Service in Island Health consists of a network of three major hospital-based laboratories, five community hospitals and smaller satellite facilities that together serve an island population of more than 750,000. The service is defined by “core labs” and supporting analytical procedures in the areas of special chemistry, endocrinology, immunology, toxicology and therapeutic drug monitoring services.
