Comox Valley Hospital

Traditional Territory of the K'ómoks First Nations

We are a 4 year old (established October 2017) 146 bed acute care, state of the art facility, located in the beautiful Comox Valley. The Comox Valley Regional District includes the City of Courtenay, Town of Comox, Village of Cumberland, as well as surrounding smaller communities both north and south of the district. We are a year round outdoor adventure destination for young and old alike. Spring and summer months boast excellent opportunities for biking, boating, fishing, hiking, and golf.  In the winter months, we have one of the deepest snowpacks in BC at Mt. Washington, where you can ski or snowboard. Our medical staff choose our community for the active lifestyle. Our estimated population within the Regional District is nearly 74,000 and growing. We respectfully acknowledge that we work and live on the Unceded Traditional territory of the K’omoks First Nation.
