Grow Health is a team of doctors who specialize in Family Practice and Maternity Care in Victoria, BC. We work with other amazing teams of Public Health Nurses and Medical Office staff, and have in-house Pediatric Specialists. At Grow, we strive to provide care in an open-minded, non-judgmental way. We see people of all ages, complexities and stages and understand how everyone’s unique circumstance can be challenging at times. This position will be for a community maternity and pediatric care GP to join the team at Grow Health clinic through the NTP contract. The physician will also join in obstetrical work at Victoria General Hospital outside of the NTP contract.

Additional Information:

Additional service: clinically related teaching and research. 

Overhead negotiated between the GP and the clinic; on-call work through the hospital on behalf of the clinic will be billed directly to MSP and will not be recorded in the contract hours for clinic work.

  • Licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of BC
  • Community family medicine, GP-maternity medicine (for both clinic and hospital-based obstetrical work)
  • Desired Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
  • Desired Obstetrics Experience
