This week, we marked an unfortunate milestone, with more than 1,000 COVID-19 cases confirmed in Island Health since the beginning of the pandemic – including a significant increase of 37 cases in the last two days alone. We currently have 144 active cases, with 10 in hospital, including two in critical care.
