Provider Profile Quick Links and Resources

The Island Health Provider Profile is an interactive web-based tool for providers at Island Health. The goal of the Provider Profile is to allow individual providers to leverage the data repositories in the Enterprise Data Warehouse to support them in quality improvement and to inform their practice. Through improved data access we aim to support physicians in reflecting on their clinical practice, identify opportunities for quality improvement (QI), and earn Continuing Professional Development (CPD) credits.

The resources linked below aim to offer clear guidance on accessing the Provider Profile, interpreting the data, and leveraging it effectively in your unique practice setting.

*You must be logged in using your Island Health network login, 
using a desktop computer on the Island Health network or using the 
VPN to access the Provider Profile. The Provider Profile cannot be accessed from your phone.
